Christmas came early against B'burn
November was a heavy scoring month for Manchester United. United was involved in 25 goals out of which 12 were witnessed over a period of 4 days. (Blackburn and West Ham) Other than the West Ham game, United has been on the scoring end apart from the drama at Aston Villa which was funnily enough the last draw United saw so till now in this season. I think it is time to dump the past and look ahead at the bright 6 fixture for this month - December.
United's performance so far this season has been quite terrific as people might argue otherwise. They are still undefeated in the season and teams like Chelsea, Arsenal and City have lost at least lost thrice so far. Liverpool and Spurs are definitely out of the equation for Top 4 this season.

United's fixtures ahead
Having said that this season has actually been of the best starts of the decades, United only need to cruise on with all the engines set to 100% throttle level. We face a buoyant Blackpool side this Saturday and because it is an away game, Fergie would rather be obligatory to play his strongest side to avoid his first defeat of the season or the first draw of the month!
Ian Holloway is THE bad man around
The new rivals Blackpool FC who are the new boys in the block as far as Man United are concerned, form quite a strong team act actually. They've beaten Wigan, Newcastle, LIVERPOOL! and WBA. So the current No. 11 seeders are quite a competitive bunch of players. A game against Untied would be a good chance for them to increase their position in the League. Ian Holloway, who is rather infamous for giving un-predictable interviews will be delighted if his newly promoted team battles with United, but I don't see that happening however!
After that, United play Arsenal at home and Chelsea away in the premier league (and of course Valencia between the Blackpool and Arsenal game) These games need no description. We need to win both these in order to push us above our potential title poachers - Arsenal and Chelsea.

After Chelsea, United face a touch draw against Sunderland at home on the Boxing Day (26/12/2010) followed by Birmingham away. Both these games are highly crucial for this season as both teams can give a good fight to United.

Looking Ahead
December is THE most important month for Manchester United. We've already screwed up in Carling Cup. That was history full stop. No one talks about it. A treble would have been desirable but now let's focus on Champions League, Premier League and FA Cup. Of course for the latter we have bitter rivals Liverpool FC to face like we had Leeds FC. United has a reputation of starting the second half of the season tremendously well and actually starting to play better, let's hope that remains the story of this season and United emulate the form of the first half of the season!
Here's hoping that United make the most of this crucial month and possibly increase the  small lead that they have built over Arsenal and Chelsea. This can only be done by defeating them. Chelsea game is the most crucial in December. It's time to celebrate Christmas by scoring goals.! The best way in the football religion.
GGMU! Keep smiling!
